Paul Svirbel is a 2009 graduate of Georgetown University and received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2013. While at Duquesne, Mr. Svirbel clerked at a reputable Pittsburgh plaintiff’s firm, where he focused on personal injury and worker’s compensation matters.

Mr. Svirbel was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2013 and in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Svirbel’s practice focuses on all aspects of tort, casualty and insurance defense litigation including auto, premises liability, product liability and general liability claims. Furthermore, Mr. Svirbel provides analysis and evaluation for insurance carriers in matters relating to indemnification agreements. Along with the foregoing, Mr. Svirbel defends contractors throughout Pennsylvania in construction-related litigation including claims for defective installation and substandard building practices.
